Conde Nast magazines are in love with Brooklyn!

And rightfully so! We've got some of the best food and the best view and architecture and diversity and just, well, overall coolness! Just admit it...we reek of cool.

Back in April, Conde Nast's Traveler ranked Brooklyn along side of Upolu Island (Samoa), Salt Cay (Turks and Caicos) and Lhasa (Tibet) as one of 15 places to visit NOW, before word gets out.

This month two Conde Nast publications rekindle the flame: GQ magazine's November 2011 issue calls Brooklyn the "Coolest City on the Planet" based on its amazing food offerings, listed at GQ's Best Restaurants in Brooklyn.

And Travel & Leisure figured out this month what we already knew-- that Brooklyn Heights is one of America's most beautiful neighborhoods.

p.s. yes, this is a shameless plug for you to take my Brooklyn Heights walking tour.
